Establish Care/New Patient Visit $149 (includes extensive lab work, recommendations, prescriptions)

Follow-up Visits $65 (includes prescriptions and/or changes) 

Acute Office Visits for minor problems $65 (does not include labs or other tests)

Testing for Flu A&B, Covid, Strep, Bacterial Vaginosis and urine analysis now available ($25 per test)
